About MTC Moving
A family-run moving company serving metro Atlanta and the Southeast, Mon – Sat.
Our Story
MTC Moving LLC was founded by Nelson Tejera on a simple promise: show up when we say we will, handle every box like it’s our own, and quote a price that still holds at the end of the day. The business is based in Dunwoody and has grown almost entirely by word of mouth across Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, and the rest of the Perimeter.
Today we handle local moves throughout metro Atlanta and long-distance routes across the Southeast — Florida, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Alabama, Kentucky, Virginia, and down to Savannah. On every one of them, the crew that loads your home is the crew that unloads it. Nothing gets transferred between trucks, and nothing gets handed to a broker.
We’re registered, insured, and bilingual — hablamos español. We bring our own trucks, pads, and equipment, wrap your furniture, protect your floors and doorways, and place everything where you want it. We’re available Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and anyone you refer to us gets 10% off their move.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, we finish when we said we would, and we keep you updated along the way.
Respect
We wrap your furniture, protect your floors and doorways, and work around your building's rules. Your home and your neighbors' stay intact.
Care
Fragile items packed properly, furniture padded and strapped, and everything placed where you want it — not dropped inside the door.
Community
We're a Georgia family. We live here, we work here, and most of our jobs come from neighbors referring neighbors.
Our Mission
Get people into their next home with everything they own intact and the bill matching the quote. Treat every customer like a neighbor, and earn the next job with the way we handled this one.
Our Promise
If something isn’t right at the end of your move, we’ll make it right. No questions, no excuses. That’s how we’ve built a business where most of our work comes from repeat customers and their referrals.
